Cancellation Policy
All cancellations/rescheduling may only be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. After 24 hours, this is a late cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Any late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. (This excludes a severe weather the day of your appointment.) If you need to reschedule an appointment, it can be found in your confirmation email.
Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time. I have a 10 minute grace period, anything after 10 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled to prevent any inconvenience to my other clients on my schedule.
No-shows will be charged 90% of service. This is any client who fails to come to their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or notifying me. No-show fee must be paid before rebooking.
